i am a high school student planing on joining jrotc. i am interested in the politics of war and probably read (or have my hands on) many of the first hand accounts by journalists who were stationed in the middle east. i wish to become a diplomat so i have read up on the politics of the war in Iraq and Afghanistan and i believe i could add tho this forum.

Welcome aboard, if you stick around you may get first hand accounts from soldiers who have BTDT as well.
The accounts of journalists and soldiers tends to differ..
