My name is Carlos Alvarez, 18, I'm a Honduran who loves and supports the United States military.
I've being living in the United States since 1998, and I'm 18 now, I cant join the military because I only have a TPS visa(Temporary Protective Status ) but my dream stands still.
I heard about a Pilot program which would let me in with my TPS, but I have to be a proffesional like a Doctor, or know one of 35 languages ( spanish is not included )
So yea, I am taking arabic classes and it's hard but oh well, atleast I'm trying.
For right now all I can do is wish for the best for the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan
And god bless those who served and will Serve
