My name is Richard.I am a civilian.I began my interest in military history when i was 12.I wargamed in Napoleonic's until i was 16.After that I read from Ancient through to World War 2 history.In my readings of the Second World War i focused on the Eastern Front.Now I focus on the political calculations of the leaders and commanders of the belligerents,taking into account economic factors and the personalities of the statesmen and their generals.
