Hi, there! I'm Phil, 46. I'm french and I've been a non-commissioned officer in the Navy. Now I work in my brother's real estate agency of French Guiana. I live in French Guiana for six years and truly to say, celebrating New Years eve in shorts and flip flops is great!.. I've ever been fond of russian culture, and about military stuff my main interest is soviet and russian submarines. Around 20 years ago I started to collect enamelled badges and medals about Typhoon submarines. On the occasion of a trip in Saint Peterburg last year, I proudly became a member of Saint Peterburg Submariners Club.
