Don't try to either unless completely comfortable since it is one of the most dangerous lifts if you screw up and fall backwards.
 
i know..we work out just about every day in atheltics (or we run like 2 miles in sprints) so its kinda hard to max out when all your muscles are torn lol

5"10 and 22...........I was 5"7 by 13........5"8 by 16.

My bro is 6"3 and he is 19.......he was 6ft by 16.

But because of my brothers growth spert and amount of atheletics he did he got M.E. and that really ruined him.
 
I just got weighed and measured today in Athletics. 6'2 and 180 pounds.

Muscle mass is very significant. :cowb:

LOL, he got all the tall genes like our cousin who's 6'8". I'm only 5'6". So yeah, it's a bit weird looking up all the time....
