Amen to that Redleg, and cheers to all the others! :drunkb:

It's the day calling for a salute, but the weather here is horrible, the powder would be totally soaked in rain before I could set the charge now. :?

Upon time I upgrade for breach loading maybe...

Well sir, you may prefer otherwise, but most of us fancy girls you see... ;)

But it's a free country, so you may do as you like. :sarc:

I guess it makes sense since by their own admission Arty is "The Queen."

If I had been one of those driving on the wrong side of the road I'd shout out a loud and clear "God save the Queen!" here. :D

But I'll settle with my own point here, big guns and charming girls are sound interests in my opinion, while the oposite leads me think about certain activities that are officially prohibited in the US armed forces...
But I don't know for sure, as I understand the USMC has always been a kind of unique institution on their own. ;-)

St. Michael the Archangel is the patron saint of the Marines. He is said to have defeated Lucifer in battle.
Sounds right - all Marines are angels.

Angels and fairies you mean?

And since there's someone from the commonwealth present here: GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!

LOL! You know what a fairy means in English? :smil:

As my interest for the British isles is mainly focused on the language, accents, magnificent linguistics, and some obscure liquid product with a distinct taste of smoke distilled on some barren islands in your part of the mentioned isles...how could I possibly tell...? :-D

Just stay away from men who knows the difference between a latte, cappuccino, cafe au lait and a macchiato and you’ll be fine.

Didn't know that real men knew the difference between those...

No problem, I prefer my coffee black. :coffee:

Who would you rather have?

St. Michael the Archangel, destroyer of demons?

Or Saint Barbara who makes sure you don't drop the heavy thing on the pointy end?
