Test case ruling coming up today, following public outcry regarding the right of Gurkhas with active life-long service with the British army to live permanently here. This affects some 2000 loyal warriors and is backed by public opinion. Test case today involves 5 examples.

This is an edit 1425 hrs. - Initial reports say that the Gurkhas have won their case against the government, and the rule book will have to be torn up to allow them a home here. Hurrah!
