Finally getting time to get on this Forum...member of other's as well [shame!].
Long had a long interest in Asian military history, with particular interest in North Korean (DPRK), Russia and China.
Not limited my interests to Asia exclusively. Broad interest in modern military history (20th C. onward) and of late, particular interests in the period of WW Two and pre-Cold War (1949-50 period), as the world changed and prepared for another round of worldwide military, political, and economic competition.
Published author since late-1979. Routinely write on naval affairs worldwide, for European and Asian-language journals.
