AP - The Bush administration on Friday urged a federal judge in Texas to keep an anti-Castro Cuban militant locked up. In court documents, the government argued that Luis Posada Carilles, 78, should not be released until a country can be found that will take him and the Department of Homeland Security determines whether his release will harm U.S. foreign policy interests.
