My four-part series of papers on fourth generation warfare (explanation, analysis/synthesis, and suggestion) is nearing completion, as is the novel which I eventually decided to use as an engine to support those ideas. I will need suggestions on how to improve the first draft before attempting proper publication, as well as to solidify the ideas that I'm expounding and check it for technical accuracy. Also, for further research before calling anything I've written thorough and complete, is it possible for me to find a website with a more-or-less comprehensive selection of FM texts?

I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
