I'm in my 30's. Currently going through the process of enlisting with ADF Reserves. I've wanted to join for a long time but due to other commitments haven't been able to until now. Looking to learn as much about military life and culture as I can while I'm waiting for all the paperwork to be processed.

and then there are those who talk nonsense.

Rule No. 1 as a soldier: "If in doubt, put down smoke and go left", and "Never volunteer for anything".
