Gatorade? Powerade? or Water?

I drink water when riding,running or lifting. I had some guy tell me i was stupid when me and my dad where hiking down in the grand canyon that all we were going to drink was water insted of Gatorade and that water wouldnt do the trick. Well it seemed to work good for the people back in the day. So another vote for water!

I like Vanilla Coke the best. Pepsi's imitation with Pepsi Vanilla is nasty.

I drank some in Italy and came to the same conclusion. I've never seen it being sold outside Italy. In fact, until recently, I thought it was an Italian-made drink.
