Not sure what you're refering to rotc boy, but if it was to my post here, the Sergeant Major was starting the inspection. "YUM YUM" meant he was going to eat them alive. Inspections of any kind are rigorous and demanding. I should imagine for the Old Guard only more so than for many others.
