Because they got their first and there was no opposition

You have a point there. Its amazing though that the french were never that successful. Whats interesting though is that napoleon was not mentioned.

- Lost. Temporary victories (remember the First Rule!) due to leadership of a Corsican, who ended up being no match for a British footwear designer.

Although there were many victories along Napoleon's path, in the end it was a loss. Think of it as Germany in WWII. Gained ALL that land in Europe but then lost it all. So in the end it counts as a loss. They do note, fairly, that there were 'temporary' victories.

Shouldn't this fall under Military History or something?

Whoops, i missed that. But still... The french fought well then even though they lsot the war.
