How to claim
Option one
Claim a different DVD each day between November 10-14, 2008 at participating WHSmith stores. Take the completed form printed in-paper to your nearest store and exchange it for that day's DVD. Only one DVD per newspaper purchase. The form is only valid on the day of purchase for the advertised title.
Option two
To have the five-set collection sent to you by post, collect five of seven tokens printed in-paper until Sunday, November 16 and attach to a form. Post your form and tokens with a cheque for £4.99 or (to cover p&p) to WWII in Colour, Admail, ADM 4041, Derby DE1 1ZB. Please make all cheques payable to Telegraph WWII promotion. Orders must be received by December, 12.
Option three
To have the full seven-DVD, The WWII in Colour presentation pack posted to your door simply complete a form (no tokens are needed) and send with a cheque for £9.99 (includes p&p). Please send to: WWII in Colour, Admail, ADM 4041, Derby DE1 1ZB.
