I've started this thread so that whoever is aware of free online journals related to military topics can post them here for the benefit of all. By Free i mean genuinely free and not pirated copies of some book on some dubious file sharing server.
Across the years i came across many of these types of journals on the internet - and i think it would be a good idea if we can build a central repository.
here are the first three:
