"Masked youths clashed with police and set fires in cities across France on Tuesday as protests against a proposed hike in the retirement age took an increasingly radical turn."

Increase in retirement age from 60 to 62. Sounds like past politicians made promises the current government cannot keep. Socialism in action.

Should have taken a lesson from the US. The age in the US for Social Security is quietly moving from 65 to 67.

Europe may not be a shining example of how social programs can be accomplished.

If a guy who ran the 3 mile in 18 minutes said, "Damn, I gotta improve. This isn't a good time," and another guy who ran the 3 mile in 22 minutes said, "Yeah, I'm awesome," who ran the faster 3 mile?

I bet you won't see the connection.
