The U.S. military plans to court-martial four Marines in Japan in connection with the alleged rape of a Japanese woman in October, a Marine Corps official said Thursday. The general courts-martial are to begin next month. Japanese authorities investigated the incident, but local prosecutors dropped the case in November.
