Foreign Opinion of US Army

Hello everyone,

I'd like to see how foreign (and domestic) military professional see US Army on the most basic level Infantry Squad/Platoon/Company level. Also if you were to be a Commanding Officer what would you change in terms of training and discipline. If you can please enter in Strength, Weakness, Suggestion format.
