The fleet's in. For the next few days, the city will be covered in white uniforms as the Navy kicks off its annual Fleet Week festivities.
Nearly 3,000 sailors, Marines and Coast Guard personnel will drop anchor on Manhattan's West Side and Staten Island today through May 30.
The 20th annual affair roars into gear today with the majestic Parade of Ships steaming up the Hudson River, past the Statue of Liberty, then up to the George Washington Bridge before turning around and coming back.
