Having just had a weekend away at Bisley ranges for the CSAM (Command Small Arms Meet). I am happy as a pig in s**t :lol:
My first shooting competition and I come away with 2 bronze medals 1 silver and a trophy not bad as follows:-
Bronze for Service Pistol YOAM (YOung AMateur)
Bronze for Service Rifle YOAM
Silver and trophy for Efficiencey (combined scores from the two rifle shoots) YOAM
I was well happy for the rifle wins because we only shoot the rifle about once a year on a 25 mtr range to zero the weapon for guard, so it was the first time I had shot from 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 mtrs.
The pistol Ive had more practice with so I was hoping to do well in that
