One small caveat Gator... American Indians can only vote if they relinquish their rights under any applicable treaties between their tribe and the Federal government.

Ok, two... if the majority of the American people have the final say, how do you explain a President elected who did NOT receive the majority of the votes? The EC is not dead, still serves its function of removing final say from the common man. This was by design btw because the founding fathers (rightfully so IMHO) thought the common man to be too stupid to actually know what is best for him in choices involving national government.
