i dont believe there are any rap songs out there with lyrics intended on making you strive to be your best.

i think i would find the beat would make it hard to get into a rhythm and the lyrics uninspiring

Yeah I workout. I run 8 miles almost daily and have added pushups and situps to my routine since being reactivated. My tunes are mostly geared for running. Cannonball is especially good when I hit my stride.

Excellent. Where do you run? A park, on the street...?
 
Route 2 between Montpelier and Middlesex, Vermont. Not an incredibly busy road but it has traffic most of the time. Beautiful views of the Green Mountains all the way, moderate hills for the most part though there's a ballbuster at the halfway point.
