Exercising While Deployed at Sea

WHEN MY NAVY SON-IN-LAW was assigned to sea duty for the first time, I asked him if he thought there was a way to continue his daily fitness program. He said there was an exercise room on board. Then, with a smile on his face, he added, "There's a large swimming pool too -- if you can keep up with the ship!"
