By Gleb Gorodyankin and Vladimir Soldatkin MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia plans to supply Syria with 200,000 tonnes of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) per year via the Crimean port of Kerch, two trading sources told Reuters.
