I need examples from military history where redundancy or redundant acts resulted in failure.
Examples can include a war, a battle, or an event involving an army or an individual from any time period.
Any Military quotes demonstrating the negative aspects of redundancy would also be appreciated.
Maybe I should have explained myself better (Commander’s Intent). I'm an instructor at a police academy and I'm attempting to use military examples to demonstrate report writing principles. (Report writing can be boring, so I’m trying to make it interesting.) I’ll do the research I just need direction.
