Ok, the first one means the soldier in sapper uniform did not success in his job of clearing mines and now he is... everywhere, after the explosion.

The second one is situation in field or forest, where somebody wants be polite and asks the questions about toilet. The answers means `do it wherever you want it to`, since there is no certain place or building named `WC`...
