na..there will still be a code of conduct after the ban being lifted

this code will ensure that no "state-of-art" weapons will be exported to China

It's not much of a big deal for the Europeans, however it does makes Washington very uncomfortable.

Surprisingly, I see a very strange strategic partnership emerging between France and China as for their Joint Naval Operations in 2004 (Something that is considered to be impossible). In Addition, Germany also have great ties with China (who helped and contributed greatly to China's techonlogical development) which means that this Arms Embargo is already lifted....behind the curtain I believe.

The fact is, the Zhuhai Aircraft Engine factory is runned by a German engineer who have the ability to manufacture high powered military aircraft engines for indeginously made J-10's, J-11's, J-7's, and the such.

China already have an alternative to find advanced military components. China has the ability to hire numerous international engineers and aircraft designers from other nations.

actually it is not suprising for them to walk together

first, they dont really have any serious confrontatioin like border or natural resources something

second, the trading,(EU is now china's largest trading partner, just began this year) brings EU and china together, they are very closely tied now

third, they both have the same goal---building a multi-polar world rather than letting U.S dominates everything

finally, china has money and Germany and France have good weapons. they are just perfect couples..

This is going to make some American Politicians Nervous. They do not want China to get their hands on high tech weapons, but im pretty sure they are already getting help from some EU countries.

its called balance of power, we dont want an overfed obsese america stealing from starving russia, asia or europe, in many cases africa and south america

gotta love the germans, they produce top-notch weapons at high quality with little probelms and it works great, im thinking its ok to sell leopard tanks.. man those things with reactive armor kick ass, i read in a news article that being tested from the same 120mm gun an abram would have, the armor could protect it from its own shell

If weapon embargos was the only thing closing in I would not be to worried But when the whole political system over here in sweden are closing in to China structures through sneaky backdoors when it comes to labour market employment. Unemployed ppl will soon live on there labour political measure places where they will sleep, eat, live and die. I just sing America, america soon I`ve arrive to you. Hopefully.

Cheers:

Big surprise, France illegally selling weapons to another country, sounds just like Iraq, Syria, Iran, oh h**l any third world country, but why would China need to buy weapons from them? Are they not capable of productin their own weapons?
