if they know that chinese will buy from EU rather than from them,
they will start to sell better weapons with better price to chinese cuz they know, without china's consuming, russian weapon industry may die

if they can lower it for 5 million, that is already big deal for chinese and Russian can still get lots of profit, probably 20 million
