Strategic, war-tended Browser based multiplayer game. Game's world is copied from real world - real countries with real regions, having characteristic resources just like in the reality.
Each country is run by realy elected parlament and president (elections happen once per two months). Government can sign aliances with other countries (in general, two main aliances rules the eworld - EDEN un Phoenix), declares war and collects taxes to create budget of country.
Some countries organize armies, enlisted soldiers in batallions and companies, supply them with weapons and moving tickets, if needed, and manage well-coordinated, powerful and sudden strikes. So, the military elements in Erepublik mainly aims of coordination of actions.
Inhabitants should work, to earn money. Money can be spend for food (food is necessary), for weapons and moving tickets (needed to travel around the world). Reaching certain experience level, it is possible to start your own business, newspaper and political party. Achievements are rewarded with medals as well as Erepublik currency - gold.
Registering and playing is free, although there is option to buy eRepublik gold for real money.
