By Amy Sawitta Lefevre BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's embattled Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra faces a no-confidence vote in parliament on Thursday, as anti-government protesters planned to march to the national police headquarters in a widening bid to paralyze and topple her government. Yingluck's commanding parliamentary majority means she should prevail in the no-confidence vote, but that is unlikely to defuse tensions or end Thailand's biggest anti-government protests since deadly political unrest three years ago. Protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban has ruled out talks with the government or other parties. "No more negotiations," Suthep told cheering crowds late on Wednesday after thousands massed outside four Thai government ministries, a major state office complex and 24 provincial halls.More...
