This is interesting. After reading this, you'll never look at a banana

in the same way again. Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose,
fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant,
sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just
two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No
wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading

But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit.It

potassium and is one of the best value foods around. So maybe its time
to change that well-known phrase so that we say, "A banana a day keeps

PS: Bananas must be the reason monkeys are so happy all the time! I
will add one here; want a quick shine on our shoes?? Take the INSIDE of
the banana skin, and rub directly on the shoe...polish with dry cloth.

but I do have to add this...bugs will go after people that eat banana's more because their blood sugar is higher or something

Look the only reson why I posted this was because I thought it was pretty interesting and I thought that everybody on here would like to read and be healthy.
 
Not bad,I have been trying to quit smoking for the longest time. Also I have a tendancy to be moody, maybe nanners are the key...thanks Navy Boy !!

It took me many, many tries. Don't give up! I had my last cigarette on September 6, 1999, and I don't ever regret quitting smoking. Do it for your health, if not for your family. Some tips: next time you get the urge to light up, count to ten before you do and then ask yourself "Do I really want this one?" Cut down on coffee, coffee has caffeine and perks you up, and triggers the urge for nicotine which has the opposite effect. Drink lot of fluids: water, juice or anything else.
Sorry, I know this is off-topic, but I had to give support to someone who is trying to quit smoking.
