downloading video's from facebook

Is it possible? so far i've managed to get the sound, but nothing else. any help?

Try copying and pasting your video URL into the address bar at www.keepvid.com then hit download, you will end up with a .flv file that you will have to convert to AVI or mpeg otherwise watch it on VLC player.
This works for youtube but not sure about facebook
