Yep. But look at us now, we've got ourselves a half black president... Seems SOMETHING went right during the civil rights movement. You know what they say... History repeats itself.

Oh, you're 62? I bet you also hate black people and Muslims. You're outdated, I doubt you even realize the new upcoming generation is all about gay rights. I'll accept that I'm abnormal, but not that I'm perverted. Your generation probably thought being different was wrong, and I feel bad for you. It must have been pretty boring.

Too bad. I'm sure you have valuable opinions on other subjects we cover in IMF.

I see. Either we love them or we're stupid? I don't like queers, but if they wanna serve let'em serve. Go look at every post I made in this thread. I don't have to like queers for them to do their job. "Don't ask don't tell" is for a reason- I ain't gonna ask "yo, are ya a fudge packer, homeboy?" just like you best not tell me that you are.

And again you appear to imply that either we must or....? Yo, dig- we don't CARE about your sexuality. Just don't advertise your car it unless you're selling it.... dig?

Ok, serve then. But to truly know them? Considering that the term "know", going back to biblical times, implies sexuality. Though I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you are not implying that....until I consider what you've said so far which then gets me to think you ARE implying it....

If you have no interest in the military then I must ask WTF is this to you?

It's ok to be gay and true with your friends, but not ok to be hetero and true to your friends? Senor Pot, let me introdooooce you to Senor Kettle....

No sir, as you already said, it's ok to be gay and have your own opinion that homosexuality is ok, but if you're hetero and have you're own opinion, you're a bigot. Pot....kettle.....

As you already defined how much you despise heteros that merely disagree with you. I'm getting tired of typing out the pot v. kettle stuff dude.

Well, you need to read the entire thread. First off I pointed out a quoted from a retired Texan lawyer which describes how I feel (yet I'm apparently a bigot because I don't like queerdom?), and again where I told of USDOJ studies that showed that maybe not all gays are baby rapers, but all same sex baby rapers ARE queers. Yet you fail to understand the technicalities of immorality?

Maybe. Some folks, as you are NOT aware of since you havn't served, have a different opinion. I know of a SSGT. that left refused to re-up because his Lt. is gay and wouldn't leave him alone and JAG sat on their asses about his complaint. He had options as his fellow NCOs told him, ranging from fragging to soap & socks to popping a cap in the queer and lableing it as a friendly fire incident. But that SSGT. is far more moral than I'd ever be. He saw a future as a civy, me I'd frag'em.

JAG doesn't give a rat's ass unless you're gay.

WRONG,... the upcoming generation couldn't give a fig for Homos, they are, by and large too self interested to care one way or the other, I guess I was the same at that age. Age begets experience and experience begets wisdom,... but only if you are willing to learn.

Once again your blatant intolerance and refusal to take responsibility for the blight you impose on civilised society, rises like scum to the surface. If you took the time to read back over my posts you will find that I live in a very small town (pop.2000 on a very good day) with several extended Muslim families, the Rasheeds and the Basheers, who are descendants of Afghan cameleers, I have nothing but admiration for them as Australian citizens and members of our community and I have defended Muslims per se against indiscriminate vilification on this forum on numerous occasions.

I only know a few Blacks, but I can say that for a person who is allegedly intolerant of Blacks, I was invited to Michael Jackson's uncle Larry and Aunty Gabrielle's 17th wedding anniversary at Hickham AFB in 1972. You jump to far too many conclusions,... a dangerous game on this forum, and believe me, you will be caught out. Ohh,.... and I also chatted with Michael and Germaine for a few minutes before they went to play golf, but I'm not usually in the habit of broadcasting the fact, except to intolerant idiots like yourself. Here's Larry cooking me a hot breakfast (that i wasn't allowed to refuse) at 0530, before taking me back on board next morning. He does that for all the Whitey racists like me. Boy could i drop a few names if I wanted to, even a few more photos. A very hospitable couple who make great company.

The difference being that I can identify between people who are worthwhile members of society and those who are not, and unlike those "Politically correct" groupies I am willing to tell the truth without fear of favour.

You flatter yourselves by saying the only reason we want to join the military is to get with you. Intelligence is important to most gay males, so good luck attracting any of us. It's simply segregation and stupidity to not allow openly gay males into the military. All of my straight friends completely accept me and trust that I won't hit on them, because I won't. It's just not something you do when you're gay. Straight guys are off limits. All gays want to do is serve their country while allowing their fellow soldiers to truly know them. I have no interest in joining the military personally, but that doesn't mean you'll see me leading the pride parade. Do straight men in the military constantly try to get with the women? If they do, that's just sad and desperate and not the reason why they're there. If not, then why should they suspect gay males would, too?

If you do not support the end of Don't Ask, Don't Tell, you are an ignorant bigot and I don't believe you are a true American, as America stands for freedom. That includes freedom to be true with yourself and those around you.
What I have learned about you from your post.
1. "I'm a gay male" quote rockyhorriffic
You are a self acknowledged homosexual.
2. You are illiterate.
Since you have no knowledge and have not read up on the policy of what "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" accomplishes.
It was a Presidential Executive order directing the military not to ask peoples sexual orientation, and a directive for military personnel not to disclose their sexual preference.
This was done to circumvent federal law banning homosexuals from military service.
President Obama could rescind the order any time he wants too.
If he were to rescind the order the military would be able to ask about sexual orientation, and then too, by law discharge homosexuals who answered truthfully. Barring the honest homosexuals from service.

3. You are ignorant.
As anyone supporting removing "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" without a change in the federal law would be working to have gays barred from military.

4. You are bigoted.
As you have classified people as a group with out understanding their position. (Also, your remarks regarding age in another post indicate your intolerance towards those not as young as yourself.)

"I'm a gay male and registered here just to post my opinion in this topic."

Come back sometime when you can discuss more clearly the issues involved. Try to educate yourself before posting, as this post just shows a basic lack of intelligence in not understanding the issue.

You know, I honestly don't think he's referring to anyone here directly.

And what exactly does this thread accomplish? Doesn't really prove anything, it's our opinions on the matter for 51 pages.

I was gonna leave this alone till I read this part.

Dude, who is 62 and outdated? Just cause sombody isn't 18 does NOT make them outdated, we over the age of 40 have probably forgotten more than you know right now.
the people on this board couldn't give a crap less weather or not your gay, but don't insinuate that old people hate blacks, those days are gone. The current policy is "don't ask, don't tell" If I were you I'd adhere to that policy or you may find yourself floating in a boat up **** creek with no paddle.

I have no doubt that he already does that. It's what makes his life more "exciting" than my boring one, poking around in other peoples excrement.

It's one of life's mysteries how most people seem find their own level in life. I guess he's found his down among the dung.

Jeez,.. uz, and they wonder why people are repulsed by their filthy habits,...
