What have I gotten myself in to? A lot of fun if I can help it. I'm a civilian who has a deep artistic appreciation for Drill Teams and Color/Honor Guards. As of writing this, I've been hours browsing the Internet for cadence calls as I'm going to be building a civilian Honor Guard from scratch. At present, I am running uncontested for the Leather Honor Guard Chairman position of the Colorado branch of the National Leather Association. As well as I understand, we've not had one before, despite the Leather Community starting with people who served in the military. Anyone here have experience in civilian Honor/Color Guards? I'm nearly a decade out of practice and nobody is running against me!
