nothing to astrology? Actually, Dec. 25 is a decided- on
date for Jesus' birth, decreed in 350 A.D. by Pope Julius I.
 
Yeah I believe I heard that there had been a calculation based on astrological clues and other criteria that has pointed to a date in February of 4 B.C. for Jesus' birth. Yep the monks messed up the calander during the Dark Ages and so Christ was born 4 years before himself he he. Of course now the politicly correct term is "B.C.E" or "Before the Common Era" (whatever that means) so then saying 4 B.C.E doesn't sound as dumb I guess.
