Despite 7 arrests, Gov. Nixon sees 'solid step forward' in Ferguson

After seven people arrested and one person critically wounded after a midnight-to-5 a.m. curfew was imposed, Gov. Jay Nixon called it "a solid step forward" on Sunday.
