I can't tell you how many times I have almost hit someone on one of my main roads I drive on because they are plain stupid. It's terrifying.

I have thought about filing a complaint with the police here. At least then it would be on record that these idiots do this all of the time and how close everyone comes to taking them out. (I'm actually surprised they haven't been killed yet).
