The war in Iraq and Afganistan has placed a lot of stress on the reserves and the guard. I was deployed with a reserve unit to Iraq and I know some of their pains. It really sucked being uprooted from civilian life and placed into a military setting. It was even worse when I came home and had to re-adjust to life here in the states. I've been hearing of reserve and guard units who have been deployed multiple times. I also know that there are some weekend warriors who have joined thinking about all the benefits of the reserves and guard. When it comes time to serve their country, they cry, complain and try to find any excuse not to go. Those kind of people should never have joined. My question is...
