Cuba says U.S. must charge militant for terrorism (Reuters)

Reuters - Cuba said on Monday the United States should indict Luis Posada Carriles, a militant anti-Castro exile accused in the bombing of a Cuban airliner, for terrorism instead of minor immigration charges.
