The thing is it couldn't have happened to a less deserving guy, he was a unique and special Aussie.
Despite being a loud mouth, and at times annoying, he embodied what was good and pure about the Australian spirit.
My thoughts go out to his wife and daughter Bindi and son Bob.
They have a husband and dad to be proud of. His legacy will live on.

Its just so ironic that after all the dangerous stuff he has done with animals, a...STINGRAY?? Anyway, it is so sad, may he rest in peace and may his legacy and contribution live on.

Steve Irwin would still be alive if he had worn sunscreen.
It would have protected him from the harmful rays.
But on the positive side I heard that Sting is going to play at his funeral.
