Hi guys i heard something about being eligible for joining the U.S army as linguist without green card if you speak some of the critical languages. Is it true and what are those languages
tnx in advance

I'm believe you could work for the Army (or other parts of the Gov) without a green card, but I don't think you can join the military.
Check with a recruiter - they will know for sure.

It's been over 20 years since I retired and close to 30 since I was a recruiter, you need to talk to a current recruiter. They will answer your questions.

i speak croatian/serbian/bosnian and italian but if the arent critical i can learn some other language i have 2 yrs :D

Sorry nixy
But there are many who speak these languages
A critical language would be Pashto or Dari or various Arab /African dialects.

and how about nurse,i also heard if you are nurse licenced to work in usa you can enlist, and when i gain citizenship just change MOS
