LOS ANGELES (AP) — Crews battled two large fires in Los Angeles early Monday, including a massive one downtown that closed portions of two major freeways and blanketed the area in ash and heavy smoke.

Arson is the Chief suspect in these Fires who were set in protest of the welfare checks being two days late , Governor Brown has profusely apologized and he blames White mailman for the matter .:wink:
