Crazy Russian Cat Lady (owns 130 cats)

Just plain straight out, ordinary crazy (as in ga ga, loopy etc.).

Imagine the smell from 130 cats kept in one small room.
 
ok...really where are the kids, they arn't doing their job by putting her in a retirement home!!
