OSLO/BOGOTA (Reuters) - Historic closed-door talks between Colombia and Marxist rebels began on Wednesday in Norway after FARC rebel and government negotiators arrived secretly in Oslo in a bid to end almost half a century of armed conflict, Norwegian officials said.
