NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Prosecutors can claim during the trial of a former sailor that he made coded references to terrorism plots, a federal judge ruled. Hassan Abu-Jihaad, 31, is accused of leaking a document describing the location and vulnerabilities of a Navy battle group to suspected terrorism supporters in London. His trial is set to start Feb. 25.
