On that Blog there were more then one of these Chinese nuke boats. That Blog had a lot of info on it and many different links. The Chinese are building a blue navy that's for sure and have been for some time. I wonder how quite these boats are because subs are just plain nasty.

Rest assured - nobody touches the US Navy when it comes to a submarine force. The USSR was formidable, but they now lack turn around. It wouldn't surprise me if there was an LA Class sitting in that harbor when this pic was taken!
