Well Hillary probably doesn't understand that. IMHO, she was a pretty poor choice for Sec of State anyway, even Bill would have been better. Appears to me she just babbles what she thinks sounds good.

She obviously doesnt have a clue about African culture, politics, tribalism or how these people think.

Zuma will probably nod politely, evade the issue, ignore her, then finally push her out the door.
