Civilian scientist writing on military strategy & politics!

Hi,

I'm a 51 year old guy from Aberdeen, Scotland.

No, I have never served in the military.

No, I don't even have a proper job as a scientist.

Nowadays, I am a political writer on the internet with my own website and forums.

I do have an interest in fighting the war on terror, supported the liberation of Iraq & Afghanistan, a republican revolution for Scotland and / or Britain, military strategy generally and the politics of commander in chief, appointing the best defence secretary / ministers and so on.

Welcome to the forum. Don't worry about the info tagged onto the title, it looks like the forum formatting software does it to all posts. ;)
 
Welcome to the international madhouse! I too have passions for the subjects you are interested in, this could be interesting. Apart from the whole Scottish thing (not really a follower of Scottish politics.

Anyway, watch out for Capt. Frogman, he's a smooth operator! :D And we've got a couple of Freya/Freyja's on the forums - they're vixens! :D
