A Churchill qoute?

Hi,
"There is no more dangerous co-worker than an ambitious idiot"

The above (translated) quote is said to originate from W. Churchill. I am not sure if that is correct or, for that sake, that the quote itself is translated or rendered correctly (for example should the word "co-worker" be "liasion" or "collaborator" instead?).
Can anyone help me out on this one?

Regards,
~Sigurd

I posted quote in question to a Churchill website and this is the answer I recieved---> "There is no more dangerous co-worker than an ambitious idiot"
Nothing at all like this in my database or book sources, doesn't sound like
him.
